Walk the pens ahead of the sale, note your max price here, then come back once the sale catches up.
Tap a lot to edit it, add a note or delete it.
Tick the lots going on this load, then send below.

Tick the lots above, pick the carrier, check the number, then send.
How prices are recorded. $ per head is the usual store-sale entry — $/hd straight off the hammer. $ per kg is for prime sales sold over the scales: the recorder takes $/kg, works out $/hd from the weight, and the watchlist and ring hand over $/kg. $ per kg also offers hold-to-talk voice entry, which only works in quiet conditions.
Switch off anything you don't use and it disappears from its page. Grouped by the tab it lives on.
Drives the Trade analysis on the Tools tab. Changes apply as you type. Set Use carry costs to No if you know your desired gross margin. The agistment cost calculator at the foot works out a $/wk figure from your whole-farm running cost and fills it into Agistment $/wk for you.
Add trucking companies. You pick one on the Truck tab when sending lots.
Who each lot is bought for — a client, or Self if you're buying direct. They show as one-tap chips on the Sale tab, so keep the names short: JS, Smith or Back Ck fits far more on the row than "J & M Smith Pastoral Co" and you'll still know who's who. Tap a buyer way to open its profile: the drop-off map pin goes into the driver's text, the preferred carrier is picked for you on the Truck tab, and email and phone are kept for reference.
Paint-mark chips on the Purchase recorder. Defaults are NM (no mark), R, S, L and T — rump, shoulder, loin, tail — short so they fit on one row. NM always stands alone; the others can combine. Add more here, or on the fly from the recorder.
Your name is stamped on each lot you record, so an office running several buyers can tell whose lots are whose in the export and the shared spreadsheet. The licence code is for paid team/district licences — leave it blank and nothing changes.
Everything in this app lives on this phone. Back up makes one file — settings, buyer ways, markings, carriers, sign-off, the current sale's lots, watchlist and past sales — and hands it to your share sheet (AirDrop, Files, Drive, Mail). Restore loads that file onto a new phone and replaces what's there. Pen-card photos aren't included.
